Who'd know it wasn't Champagne? This is serious Cava
Albet i Noya have a fearsome reputation (I have a Spanish friend whose mother will drink only Albet i Noya Cavas!) when it comes to making some of the best Cavas around and this is one of their very best. It's a blend of Chardonnay and Parellada and with 24 months of bottle ageing it has the time to acquire a fantastically silky texture with good layers of flavours. It tastes great and is beautifully presented too. A little bit of luxury at a very good price. Drink with your best selection of Tapas.
