Battle of Bosworth Shiraz / Viognier / Organic Red Wines
Battle of Bosworth - 2008
Pour a glass and unleash a beguiling array of flavours
A blend of (red) Shiraz and (white) Viognier isn't as unusual as you might think. It's done to deliver a perfumed wine with real finesse. Fermented together the Shiraz (93%) is tempered by the slightly floral qualities of the Viognier but the wine still brims over with chocolate-laced black fruits, liquorice and spice. A powerful wine.
