Battle of Bosworth Shiraz / Organic Red Wines
Deliciously rich, hearty red that's full of spice
Here's the interesting thing about this wine; a tiny proportion of vine-dried Shiraz is added to the wine just before bottling and we think that it's this that gives this wine that extra bit of oomph (just like adding a tiny bit of sun-dried tomato to your dish for extra flavour). Colour, spice and structure come from the wine being fermented in oak and all the rest of that delicious black fruit is from the Shiraz itself. A great wine that needs a hearty partner - both culinary and human - to do it justice! (IWC Bronze 2006 Vintage)
