AOC Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Bonneliere / Organic White Wines
Plouzeau - 2009
Fragrant and fresh this is an ideal picnic or aperitif wine
François Plouzeau's attention to detail in the vineyard and careful handling in the winery make sure that this Sauvignon Blanc wine delivers a true expression of its origins. It has a very light colour and its bouquet of citrus fruit, peach and flint is a delightfully surprise. Crisp lemons and limes dominate the palate and it's ultimately a wine that will work a treat with shellfish or Asian salads
