AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Château Moulin du Cadet / Organic Red Wines
Moulin Cadet - 2005
A thinking mans Claret so multi-layered is its character
Drinking this is the wine equivalent of dressing up in your glad rags and going somewhere special. A delicious muse of a wine that has considerable depth and complexity. The palate offers layers of hedgerow fruits that are ably supported by smoky tannins. The flavours linger in the mouth, every mouthful offering something more. This wine will improve in the coming five to ten years
