AOC Muscadet Sur Lie Hermine d'Or / Organic White Wines
Domaine de l'Ecu - 2007/2008
Bone-dry, angular wine with an astonishing breadth of flavours
A sophisticated wine, this exudes quality at every level with smoky, minerally and roasted nut aromas which follow nicely to the palate. Very well structured, there are delicate apricot flavours which hold well to the end of its very long length. Biodynamic winemaker (and all round superstar in our view), Guy Bossard isn't a man of too many words but he never ever fails to deliver wines of anything other than top-class quality.
