Exemplary winemaker makes humble appellation home of liquid gold

Supremely good wine, this wine has a brilliant yellow colour and an intense nose of baked apples, lime and minerality. The palate is fresh and crisp with a lovely long length. The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that there's no 'sûr lie' in the title... Don't worry, it's not a change in the wine, it's just a slight run in with the Musadet authorities (Ah, bless the French!) has meant M. Bossard's opted to leave it out. Never fear, it's as brilliant as ever.
