AOC Hermitage Rouge Maison Ferraton Les Miaux / Organic Red Wines
Samuel Ferraton - 2007
In a word, phenomenal; represents some audacious winemaking
This majestic wine has a deep violet colour with a perfumed nose of raspberry, earth, smoke and minerals. It tastes just delicious, with sweet red and black cherries mixed with hints of earth and spice from oak ageing. Firm acidity and a good long finish with ample tannins make this an excellent wine with food.
