AOC Gigondas Clos du Joncuas / Organic Red Wines
Clos du Joncuas - 2004
Be seduced by the absolute brilliance of this perfectly-woven wine
One of those wines that I can never, ever get enough of! Very generous, Grenache-dominated red that has substantial black stone fruits in its youth, which evolve into a more complex palate in time - becoming earthy and spicy. Lingering and velvety in the mouth, it's surprisingly feminine for a wine of such intensity. Reall top-class stuff.
