Another naturally fermented wine, with no oak contact.
This 50/50 blend of Syrah and Grenache is floral and light, the wines themselves are vinified separately and blended after the fact. All the flavours of both wines are allowed to develop leading to a wonderfully light fruit flavour with a gentle floral edge.

All vegetable crops, vineyards, olive tree and the area is farmed organically since 1987. Wishing a more thorough, Land of Chardon, in 2002, directed his vineyard to biodynamic methods. The objective is to increase the capacity of the vine, to feed soil and climate in respect of natural rhythms.
