AOC Champagne Fleur de L'Europe / Organic Champagne
Pure gold - both in looks and taste. World-class
With almost forty years of organic Champagne-making practice you'd have to say that Jean-Pierre Fleury knows a thing or two and he has used all of his expertise to pick the very best Chardonnay and Pinot grapes to put into this wine. The result is a rich, honeyed Champagne which has an intensity of flavour that goes on and on. In fact there's such density of fruit here that you will appreciate it all the more if you drink it with food (yes, really!).
