A masterpiece from one of France's leading biodynamic winemakers. The Champagne is made from only the very best cuvées. One of the great indicators of a quality Champagne is to see how small, how numerous and how quickly the bubbles move in the glass and as soon as this is poured you will know what a treat you are in for. This fabulous wine has incredible structure and distinctive vanilla and rich fruit flavour. Don't be shy about serving Champagne with food and one with this sort of structure could easily match mushrooms or poultry.
