Medium-bodied, fresh and crunchy. Can even be drunk chilled!
Beaujolais - and in particular the gamay grape - is all about direct, fresh red berry fruits and this won't disappoint. Not heavy on the alcohol either, so a safe bet from midday onwards. Sophie and Thierry Harel are the stewards of this 10 hectare organic estate and they have been making organic Beaujolais for over 5 years.
