AOC Alsace Pinot Blanc André Stentz / Organic White Wines
André Stentz - 2008
A wine as delightful and endearing as the man who makes it
Alsace doesn't get nearly as much attention for it's wines as it should. This Pinot Blanc has fantastic concentration of summer orchard fruit flavours with just the faintest floral scent. As with all great white wines it's got a good backbone of refreshing acidity and lovely long length. Great in the summer but also a very warming white in the winter.
